Absolutely superb job from start to finish. Phillip & his crew installed a metal roof on my new home build. Admittedly, I'm not an easy customer. As a retired Army LTC I have 23 years in the Corps of Engineers inspecting construction. I know "what right looks like," so I demand quality. Hello. I recently had to replace my roof and would like to say that first and foremost, do your home work. I almost considered a "company" out of Elizabethton that wanted a great deal of money up front and very scetchy about a contract. This was not the case with Mr. Oliver. He was very professional, responded quickly, explained everything clearly, provided references and gladly provided a contract with warranty. Mr. Oliver's crew showed up on time and went right to work. I couldn't believe how fast they completed the job. I didn't time them, but I'd say they were done in about 3 hours, cleaned everything up nicely and ran a large magnet all around the house to pick up any stray screws, nails etc. I found 2 screws after they left...not bad. I was told by the gentlemen that delivered the metal that Mr. Oliver purchased more metal from their company than anyone else in the area. That says a lot. Bottom line...if you're looking for a quality roofer, competitive pricing and a roofer with one of the best work ethics iv'e seen in a long time, then give Tried and true a call.

They showed up as promised and did the repair. I had tried several other companies and those people never showed up. They never called to tell me they were not coming. I even tried hiring a guy who doing a neighbors house and he forgot. Tried & True Roofing did a repair a few years ago for me. He came and repaired the work from someone else I had hired and botched up a section. I am very happy with Tried & True Roofing. When the whole roof needs to be replace, I will absolutely call them back!

These guys were amazing and did GREAT work! We had a hale storm come thru and damaged our roof and vinyl siding on our house and also on my mom's house next door. They came in one day and replaced everything on both houses and did an awesome job. Definitely will use them again when needed and will recommend to all we know!

My wife and I had Tried and True come out to give us an estimate for building a front porch, roofing and screening in of a smaller back porch, and a new metal roof for the house. Philip and the guys took less than a week to complete the work. They worked hard we are already planning to have them back out to do more. They were on time, professional and hard working. When they was done they cleaned up the work site and it looks like they were never here. He returned my call in minutes and came out the same day to inspect and measure my roof. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. I have a pretty complicated roof with alot of cuts and angles and it's pretty steep. So I was surprised with the quote he gave me. He was very fair and reasonably priced. I knew instantly after speaking with him I was going to hire him to do the job. His crew was incredibly hard working and professional. It took a few days but they worked around alot of rain to get my roof finished. My house looks completely different now. It's beautiful. They made this 100 year old house look youthful again. They cleaned up and took a magnet all the way around to make sure I wouldn't get a flat tire (which I appreciate tremendously). I am completely happy with the quality of their work. I am very happy with my new roof and their service. The repair from water damage, the new roof installed, the leaking skylight removed, seal around fireplace and cleanup was done that morning in an unexpected time that we were pleased with. We would reccomend.I called two other roofers here in Johnson County with no response. Mr. Oliver came out promptly to give me an estimate. He went right to the problem and showed me where there was dry rot from a previous leak. He and his crew worked with my Son around his work schedule. I can tell a big difference this winter as the house seems to hold heat better. Thank you.
